Location was great and nearby everything I was going to. A bit of wear and tear and the bathroom somewhat smallish but nothing that wasn't unexpected. Easy access even late at night.

Nice little hotel in a decent location with big rooms and friendly staff. Great value for money. TV, microwave and shower gel/shampoo provided. Great water pressure in the shower. We could leave our bags for some time before/after checkout which was really useful. Staff are very friendly, responsive and helpful.

I think that a lot of the reviews don't do this place justice. If you're expecting a four-star hotel, this is not it, but it is a very nice bed and breakfast. The place exceeded my expectations. It is very clean, comfortable and the staff are super friendly! The location and value are also great.

Good price and a convenient location. Not completely central, as required a 15-20 subway journey to get to central, but otherwise absolutely fine.. Quick response when we had forgotten the pin to get back into the building. Met our needs as we didn't spend much time in the guesthouse.

Location was good. Price was great. Manager/ owner was awesome. We arrived around 11 am and check in was supposed to be 3 pm. He got us into our room early. Much appreciated. Great stay. Recommend if your not in your room to much anyways.

Very near subway and a terrific bus ride down to lake easy to take. Bed spotless and very comfortable. Wish there had been a couple sachets of coffee and a kettle just upon arrival!

Good location, air conditioning was good. Bed was fine. Fridge was cold. Was clean but could use paint, new curtains (backing was torn). Was very good for our needs.

Very nice stuff, it's midtown, you can take the subway or rent a bike to go downtown or to the harbour. I liked having a fridge in the room.

Great simple guesthouse on a quiet leafy street. Lots of thoughtful touches and the kindest landlord. Good deal for downtown Toronto. There was even a laundry room with iron! Spotlessly clean. I'll happily stay here again!
